Accounts Payable Administrator - DDD Ltd

DDD Limited is an experienced manufacturer of a wide range of toiletry products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. They ensure an understanding of their customer's businesses to whom they offer a wide range of services, including formulation development, material purchasing, manufacture, and analysis.

As our Accounts Payable Administrator you will be working primarily on Accounts Payable however you will use your wide level of knowledge to support and cover the entire finance function, you'll be able to understand and process related transactions from Accounts Receivable and Bank areas of the team You will provide support as a flexible resource to the Finance Transactions team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoice posting and obtaining approval from various business areas
  • Process supplier payments
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support administration within the AP team
  • Ad hoc requests to assist within the Finance team as required
  • Ad hoc queries from the business and suppliers

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous accounts payable experience
  • Ideally multiple ledger experience
  • Previous experience in a manual environment
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Self-motivated, well organised.

Production Shift Manager - Fleet

The primary function of this role is to deliver the production schedule and facilitate continuous improvement.

The successful person will be responsible for the line managers, operators, utility operators and temporary staff. You will be in charge of the production costs including labour and wastage and ensuring that LEAN is actively promoted and communicated clearly and effectively.

National Account Executive - Dendron

Working within Health and Beauty or pharmaceutical we are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step taking full responsibility for our famous brand-named accounts.

You will be working with Grocers that are ranked within the top four of their industry, managing trade promotions from planning to delivery and managing a large portfolio of Business to Retail and Business to Business accounts.

This is a home based position but working from the Head Office in Watford one day a week and attending meetings when required.

Supply Chain Planner - Fleet

We currently have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Planner to join our fantastic team.

You will be responsible for providing an integrated production, planning and scheduling service for us, maximizing the benefits available through our ERP system. You will be maintaining and using the production schedule for a group of products and production lines, ensuring customer service targets are met whilst eliminating operational waste and ensure the production lines are scheduled as efficiently as possible.

The ideal person will have experience of accurate order processing, price checking and ensuring order fulfilment. You should also have a good understanding of forecasts and be able to manage the dispatch of customers’ orders.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high achieving Sales Director to join us at Fleet Laboratories to lead the sales team in strategy and winning new business. 

 

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • Ensure achievement of agreed sales and profit targets.
  • Accountable for the Sales and Sales Department Budget.
  • Proactively identify and address areas costing us money and implements change. Ensures all risk areas are identified and mitigated
  • Works with the operational team to review our offer regularly. Looks for new opportunities aligned with operational changes.
  • Support the development of new commercial opportunities, maximising sales and margin, in conjunction with the Sales team
  • Develop positive customer relationships and network at appropriate senior levels

 

The ideal Sales Director must have a proven track record of management, leadership and sales with a background in working within Health and Beauty.

The ideal person will have strong financial awareness, ability to see out new business and win new sales, have proven ability to grow sales and lead a winning team and have experience of working within the FMCG / Consumer Health / Health & Beauty Contract Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical industries.

Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs Co-Ordinator - Fleet

We now have an opportunity for a Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs Co-Ordinator to be the primary point of contact for DDD Ltd.’s Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs operations.

The successful applicant will co-ordinate cross functionally across the business to remain compliant with Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance legal requirements and will support the quality team by maintaining up to date license and pharmacovigilance files to support batch release.

 

Regulatory Responsibilities

·        Maintain and update all pharmaceutical manufacturing product licenses for all contract and own brand products.

·        Recommends changes to SPC’s, PILs to accommodate highlighted safety issues.

·        Recommends changes to licenses in order to comply with regulations and improve on product safety.

·        Support the maintenance of the Product Technical Files for own brand medical devices.

·        Communicate and liaise with the MHRA and Regulatory Authorities as required.

·        Respond to RFI’s from Competent Authorities fully and promptly

·        Prepare, submit and maintain marketing authorisation applications

·        Maintain an overview of the regulatory export market

·        Maintain manufacturer/importer and wholesale dealer’s licenses.

·        Ensure compliance with legislation and any new regulatory requirements

·        Act as primary point of contact for Competent Authorities on a 24 hour basis.

Skills Required

·        Educated to degree level (or similar) in a life science subject.

·        Member of TOPRA

·        Pharmaceutical EU GMP Reg Affairs experience, experienced in licence and eCTD submissions across a variety of dosage  forms.

·        Pharmacovigilance experience

·        Good level of written and spoken English

·        Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook) and databases.

·        Strong Interpersonal skills to enable good customer/employee relations.

·        Naturally driven, proactive to support continuous improvement

Head of Engineering - Fleet

The Head of Engineering will be a lead engineer to the team, providing management and direction, coaching and mentoring to drive high standards and continuous improvement culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Resolving engineering issues with tight timescales and deadlines to ensure production downtime is minimised

• Maintain assets to high standards through an effective planned preventative maintenance system

Maintain Statutory Compliance through-out all sites.

Undertake Lean Management and cost reduction programme reviews.

Resource planning and management against deliverables.

Carry out performance audits for all reports.

Present monthly performance and P & L reports to the Group Operations Director.

Presenting financial Projections supporting all Project and Production line machinery up-grade works to the Group Operations Director.

• Dealing with contracts and selection of engineering suppliers

• Plan, implement and review engineering projects aligned to business objectives and meeting both current and future business needs

• Managing Health and Safety, ensuring compliance and driving high standards at all times

• Ensure all site services are appropriately maintained and fit for purpose in line with business requirements

 

The Head of Engineering will have recognised Mechanical/Engineering qualifications to degree or Chief Engineer level as well as Health & Safety and Management qualifications. Previous experience within manufacturing environment is needed with excellent coaching, leadership and people management skills.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The Marketing department is the central function within Dendron and provides information and support across the whole business.

The position will work across some of our key brands; Ibuleve, Bazuka, Iglu, Adios, Colodex and several new brands we’re working on, under the supervision of one Brand Manager.

·      Develop an understanding of, Mintel, IRI market data, Ad Dynamix, Power Pivot and Retailers EPOS.

·      Regular monitoring of competitor activity, in relation to advertising, promotion, pricing, shelf space and packaging, ensuring that competitor samples are available and current.

BRAND REPORTS / ANALYSIS

Maintenance and circulation of the following reports;

·      Monthly Store Check Report (to include detailed information on the following aspects of the brands and their key competitors; Instore photos of products, promotion, pricing and shelf space from all the key retail accounts)

·      Weekly EPOS Overview

·      Marketing Promotional Calendars

·      Media Calendars

·      Updating and distributing monthly sales forecast

·      Input monthly sales statistics, review and circulate to Brand Team and clients.

 

ADMINISTRATION

·      Strong competence in Excel, Word and other Microsoft platforms

·      Keeping the relevant BMs fully informed of action taken by copying in on all appropriate correspondence

·      Assist Marketing department with preparation of presentations as required and appropriate.

·      Copy checking – essential eye for detail – at various stages and circulating with relevant Dendron personnel.

·      Assist BM with month end reports and Monthly Business Review

·      Assist BM with management of Trade PR; liaising with publications and booking insertions.

·      Assist BM with development of POS
